The decision of the tribunal is that the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant holiday pay of £1,494.00; notice pay of £2,722.14; and a redundancy payment of £6,895.44.

1. The claimant brought claims for holiday pay, notice pay and a redundancy payment. The respondent entered a response in which it did not contest the claimant's claims. On 13 September 2017 I made a default judgment in relation to liability as regards the above claims
2. The claim came on for a decision on remedy on 2 November 2017. The claimant gave evidence in relation to his claims.
3. On the basis of the evidence presented to the tribunal I am satisfied that the respondent did not pay to the claimant holiday pay amounting to £1,494.00; notice pay amounting to £2,722.14; and a redundancy payment of £6,895.44, and I order it to make those payments.

5. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
