DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
1. The time for presenting a response having expired on 4 October 2017, and no response having been presented by the respondent, I find and/or I declare, on the basis of the information before me, the respondent was in breach of the claimant's contract of employment the respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to give her wages in the sum of £1,122.02 and/or holiday pay in the sum of £203.63 to which she was entitled.
2. I therefore order the respondent to pay the claimant the sum of £1,325.65 (£1,122.02 + £203.63)
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
