Constitution of Tribunal:
Employment Judge (sitting alone): Employment Judge Buggy
Appearances:
The claimant was not present or represented.
None of the respondents was present or represented.
REASONS
1. I announced my decision at the end of the hearing. At the same time, I gave brief oral reasons for that Decision.
2. At my suggestion, none of the respondents was represented at this hearing.
3. An application for holiday pay was the only relevant application which the claimant had made to the Department. As a result of enquiries which the Department has made, and as a result of developments generally in the litigation of which these particular proceedings are a constituent part, the Department confirmed that it now accepted that £240 was due from the Department to the claimant in respect of holiday pay.
4. The Department also confirmed that it accepted that none of the other respondents to these proceedings had any liability to pay any amount to the Department in respect of the relevant holiday pay claim.
