4. I am satisfied that the claimant is entitled to arrears of pay of £2,568.28; holiday pay of £1,310.32; notice pay of £3,846.44; a redundancy payment of £4,142.32 and expenses of £1,910.28. I order the respondent to make those payments.
5. Reasons for my decision were given at the hearing.
6. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
