DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that:
(A) The claimant's claim in respect of unlawful deduction of wages is well-founded. It is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £127.50 in respect of those deductions.
(B) The claimant's claim in respect of unpaid wages is well-founded. It is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £26.80 in respect of those unpaid wages.
