DECISION
(A) The claimant’s wages claim is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,500 in respect of wages.
(B) The claimant’s claim for notice pay is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2,200 in respect of notice pay.
(C) The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the respondent is well-founded and it is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £2,350 to the claimant.

REASONS
1. These proceedings were the subject of a Case Management Discussion, which took place on 26 January 2015. During the course of that CMD, the claimant provided me with the details of her employment, and of her losses, upon which this Decision is based. The accuracy of those details was subsequently confirmed by the claimant in writing.
2. This Decision is based on the following information:
Gross weekly pay of more than the statutory weekly maximum of £470.
Net weekly pay of £550.
Number of actual completed years of service: 4
Age on date of dismissal: 43
Multiplier (for redundancy pay): 5
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
