DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant notice pay agreed at £214.50 and holiday pay agreed at £313.50.

REASONS
1. The respondent had accepted that the claimant was entitled to notice pay and holiday pay but the parties were not in agreement as to the quantum of each.
2. At the hearing the respondent accepted that the claimant was entitled to one week’s notice pay which the parties agreed at £214.50.
3. The parties were agreed that the claimant was owed holiday pay but there was a dispute as to the quantum of holiday pay owed.
4. Time was afforded to the parties to discuss the quantum of holiday leave untaken for which the claimant was entitled to receive payment.
5. The parties agreed that the claimant’s entitlement to payment for untaken holiday leave related to 38 hours and was valued at £313.50.
6. Accordingly I order that the respondent pay the claimant notice pay of £214.50 and holiday pay at £313.50.
7. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
