Constitution of Tribunal:
Employment Judge: Employment Judge Buggy
Members: Mr C McIlwaine
Mr I Foster
Appearances:
The claimant was represented by Mr M McGowan, Barrister-at-Law.

REASONS
1. In these proceedings, the claimant makes a claim in respect of wages.
2. The claimant agreed that he would withdraw his case if the sum of £650 in "cleared funds" was paid to him by 29 May 2015.
3. The claimant's solicitor has recently confirmed in writing that no such payment was made.
4. During the course of correspondence on 22 April 2015, the parties agreed in writing upon the terms of this Decision.
5. We told the parties that, as soon as practicable after 7 June 2015, we would make this Decision, in line with the terms agreed by the parties, unless the case had been withdrawn by the claimant in the meantime.
6. The case has not been withdrawn by the claimant in the meantime.
7. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
