1. The claimant brought a claim against the respondent for an unlawful deduction from wages which was agreed amounted to £44.51.
2. The respondent disputed the claimant's claim.
3. The tribunal having heard the evidence adduced on behalf of both parties concluded that it was not satisfied that the claimant had suffered an unlawful deduction from his wages and therefore it dismissed his claim.
4. Oral reasons were given at the hearing for the tribunal's decision.
