DECISION
The claimant’s unfair dismissal claim is well-founded. It is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £66,200 in respect of that dismissal.

REASONS
1. Reasons for this Decision will be given in the course of a hearing which will take place on Tuesday 6 January 2015 at 4.15 pm.
2. There is no need for the claimant or his representative to be in attendance during the course of that hearing, although either or both are of course welcome to attend.
3. A CD, containing a recording of the 6 January hearing, will be made available to either or both parties upon request.
4. Paragraph (3) of Rule 30 of the Industrial Tribunals rules is to the following effect. If oral reasons have been provided, written reasons will be provided if (and only if) written reasons are thereafter promptly requested by one of the parties.
5. The Recoupment Regulations apply. Attention is drawn to the notice below, which forms part of this Decision. The prescribed element is £65,850. The prescribed period is the period from 1 April 2009 until 18 December 2014. The amount by which the monetary award exceeds the prescribed element is £350.
6. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
