DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to £437.16 in relation to 8.8 days outstanding holiday pay and a payment of £779.53 in relation to outstanding wages. This includes an element of overtime agreed with the respondent at time and a half. The tribunal is not satisfied, on the evidence, that the claimant is entitled to any remedy in respect of the respondent’s failure to give pay statements.
