The claimant’s
claim for wages is well founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay
to the claimant the sum of £1,653 in respect of wages.
(B)
The claimant’s
holiday pay claim is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall
pay to the claimant the sum of £236 in respect of holiday pay.
(C)
The claimant’s
claim for notice pay is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent
shall pay to the claimant the sum of £154 in respect of notice pay.
