DECISION ON A PRE HEARING REVIEW
The Pre-Hearing Review was unnecessary as the claimant abandoned her application to amend her claim.

The respondent was represented by Mr M McEvoy, of counsel, instructed by the Crown Solicitor’s Office.
1. At a Case Management Discussion on 27 October 2014 the President directed that a Pre Hearing Review be convened on 18 November 2014 at 10.00am to consider whether the claimant be given leave to amend her claim.
2. The issues for determination were:-
That the claimant’s claim form should be amended to include the following additional complaints of disability discrimination:-
(i) that in June 2014 the respondent wanted the claimant to amend her original flexible working application and to dispose of the original application;
(ii) in or around January 2014 the respondent discussed the claimant’s medical condition with colleagues; and
(iii) in or around May 2014 the respondent discussed the claimant’s medical condition with third parties.
3. At the hearing on today Mr Caher formally, on behalf of the claimant, abandoned her application to amend her claim form.
4. Accordingly the Pre Hearing Review is not necessary.
