DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claims of unfair dismissal and unlawful discrimination contrary to the Race Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 were dismissed. The claimant was awarded a total of £1,478.01 in relation to holiday pay, notice pay, unpaid wages and unpaid travelling expenses. Reasons for the decision were given at the end of the hearing.

1. The claims of unfair dismissal and unlawful discrimination contrary to the Race Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 were dismissed. The claimant was awarded unpaid holiday pay in respect of 77 hours, notice pay in respect of 47 hours, and unpaid wages in respect of 15.25 hours, totalling 139.25 hours. That amounted to a figure of £1,448.01. The respondent also agreed to pay the claimant £30.00 in respect of travelling expenses, bringing the total to £1,478.01.
