DECISION
(A) The claimant’s wages claim against Early Years Day Care (Cookstown) Ltd (“the Company”) is well-founded and it is ordered that the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,458 in respect of wages.
(B) The claimant’s holiday pay claim is well-founded and it is ordered that
the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £190 in
respect of holiday pay.
(C) The claimant’s claim for notice pay against the Company is well-founded and it is ordered that the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £716 in respect of notice pay.
(D) The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the company is well-founded and it is declared that the Company is liable to make a redundancy payment of £855 to the claimant.
(E) The claims against Amanda Ferguson are withdrawn and accordingly they are dismissed.
(F) The unfair dismissal claim against the Company will be the subject of a future hearing if the claimant decides to pursue that claim.
