REASONS
1. On the basis of the claimant’s oral testimony, I was satisfied that he was employed by the respondents under a contract of service and that he is due wages, to the extent indicated above, from the respondents.
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
