DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant, (aged 48 at the effective date of
termination of his employment with the second-named respondent on
5 December 2012), is entitled to a redundancy payment of £6,235.00, calculated
at
14.5 x £430.00 for the period from 1 April 2001 until 5 December 2012.
