DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the tribunal orders that the claimant’s complaint, as regards any issue or issues that might not have been fully disposed of in the decision promulgated on 27 June 2013, shall be dismissed, without further order.

The claimant did not appear and was not represented at hearing.
The respondent was represented by Mr Killian Morgan of the respondent company.
1. This matter was heard on 16 April 2013 and, by Decision with reasons promulgated by the tribunal on 24 June 2013, the tribunal made a determination of certain issues and ordered accordingly, leaving it open to the tribunal to make any further determination and order concerning any additional sum contended by the claimant to be due for holiday pay from the respondent.
2. Having received, via a series of emails from the respective parties, an indication that further issues required to be determined, the tribunal arranged for a further hearing of the matter and Notices of Hearing were duly sent by the office of tribunals to the parties, fixing the hearing for 10.00 am on 1 October 2013.
3. The tribunal duly sat at 10.10 am on 1 October 2012, and, whilst Mr Morgan was in attendance and representing the respondent, there was no appearance by on behalf of the claimant nor any request for the matter to be postponed.
4. The tribunal proceeded to give consideration to the documents before the tribunal and heard a submission from Mr Morgan that the proceedings ought properly to be dismissed.
5. Having noted the history of the matter and the papers before the tribunal and the submission made on behalf of the respondent, the tribunal orders that the claimant’s complaint, as regards any issue or issues that might not have been fully disposed of in the decision promulgated on 27 June 2013, shall be dismissed, without further order.
