DECISION ON A PRE-HEARING REVIEW
1. The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented within the prescribed time limits in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable to present it on time. As a consequence the tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the complaint and it is hereby dismissed.
2. The claimant's claim of unlawful discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation was not presented within the prescribed time limit and in all the circumstances of the case it is not just and equitable to consider the complaint. As a consequence the tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the complaint and it is hereby dismissed.
