THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 1858/13
CLAIMANT: Jacqueline Moore
RESPONDENT: Noonan Services
DECISION
- The
correct named of the respondent is “Noonan Services Group (Northern Ireland) Limited” and I order that the name of the respondent be amended
accordingly.
- The claim
is dismissed with the agreement of both parties.
Constitution
of the Tribunal:
Chairman
(sitting alone): Ms M. Sheehan
Appearances:
The
claimant was self-represented.
The
respondent was represented by Mr J. Barry, Management Support Services (Ireland) Ltd.
At the
outset of the hearing it was confirmed by both parties that the only issues to
be determined by the tribunal concerned the claimant’s claim for unauthorised
deduction of wages by the respondent and the correct name of the respondent. It
was agreed by the claimant that the correct name of the respondent was Noonan
Services Group (NI) Limited. The tribunal was also advised by the claimant that
as a result of disclosure from the respondent she was now satisfied that no
unauthorised deductions had been made and so the case should be dismissed with
the agreement of the respondent and no further order was required from the
tribunal.
