DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant was dismissed by the respondent by reason of redundancy and the claimant is therefore entitled to be paid by the respondent a redundancy payment of £996.93 (9 x £110.77) by reason of the said redundancy.
The claimant’s claims of breach of contract and/or unauthorised deduction from wages and/or written reason for dismissal and/or right to receive particulars of contract are dismissed, having been orally withdrawn by the claimant’s representative at the hearing of this matter by the tribunal.
