DECISION
(A) The claimant’s holiday pay claim is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,288 in respect of holiday pay.
(B) The claimant’s claim for notice pay is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £720 in respect of notice pay.
(C) The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the respondent is well-founded and it is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £843 to the claimant.

of his employment was 21 March 2010, not 2013, as stated in error in his
claim form.
