claimant claimed a redundancy payment. The respondent did not dispute the
claimant was entitled to a redundancy payment but asserted that it had paid him
what was his due. The claimant alleged that the payment was £126 short.
Having considered the evidence before it the tribunal dismissed the claimant’s
claim for a redundancy payment.
2. Oral reasons were given at
the hearing for the tribunal’s decision.
