THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 1238/13
CLAIMANT: Gary McCormick
RESPONDENT: Gary Larmour
DECISION
(A) Due to the delay in the claimant’s claim to the Redundancy Payments Service being dealt with and him only being notified of its rejection on 13 June 2013, it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to be lodged within the required time limit. Accordingly, I extend the time for lodging the claimant’s claim to 27 June 2013.
(B) The claimant’s holiday pay claim is well-founded and it is ordered that
the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £430.00 in respect of holiday pay.
(C) The claimant’s claim for notice pay is well-founded and it is ordered that
the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £331.26 in respect
of notice pay.
Constitution of the Tribunal:
Chairman (sitting alone): Miss McCaffrey
Appearances:
