DECISION
Pursuant to Article 205 of the Employment Rights
(Northern Ireland) Order 1996, I declare that I am not satisfied that Wards
Woodcraft Furnishing Ltd is liable, or was liable, to pay a redundancy payment
to the claimant. Accordingly, the claimant’s reference [appeal], pursuant to
Article 205 of the Order (against the refusal by the Department of an application
which he had made under Article 201 of the Order) is unsuccessful.
