DECISION
(A) The claimant’s holiday pay is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £52 in respect of holiday pay.
(B) The claimant’s claim in respect of notice pay is well-founded. However the claimant is not entitled to any compensation in respect of the lack of notice.
(C) The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the respondent is well-founded and it is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £721 to the claimant.
