The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claim for holiday pay against the first and second respondent is dismissed and the claimant’s appeal against the refusal of the third respondent to pay holiday pay is also dismissed.

1. I am satisfied that the claimant has failed to prove her claim for holiday pay against the first and second respondents and that she has failed in her appeal against the third respondent’s refusal to make a payment of holiday pay to her.
