THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 497/12
CLAIMANT: Victoria McKittrick
RESPONDENT: The White Smile Centre LLP
DECISION
(A) The claimant’s claim in respect of redundancy pay is well-founded and it is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £281 to the claimant.
(B) The claimant’s claim in respect of holiday pay is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent will pay to the claimant the sum of £203 in respect of holiday pay.

Constitution of Tribunal:
Chairman (Sitting alone): Mr P Buggy
Appearances:
The claimant was self-represented.
The respondent was debarred from participating in these proceedings, because it had not presented a response to these proceedings.
REASONS
1. I announced my decision at the end of the hearing. At the same time, I gave brief oral reasons for that decision. In the claim form, the respondent was referred to simply as “The White Smile Centre”. However, on the basis of the claimant’s evidence, I was satisfied that the correct title of the respondent is “The White Smile LLP”, and the title of these proceedings has been altered accordingly.
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
