(B) The claimant’s unfair dismissal claim is not well-founded and it is ordered that the claim is dismissed.
(C) The claimant’s claim for written terms and conditions of employment is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £ 580.46 in respect of 2 weeks’ pay.
(D) The claimant’s claim in respect of holiday pay is not well-founded and it is ordered that the claim is dismissed.
