The decision of the tribunal is as follows:-
(i) the second-named respondent is dismissed from the proceedings;
(ii) the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and breach of contract; and
(iii) it does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim of age discrimination, and in any event that claim was not presented within the appropriate time-limit and it is not just and equitable to extend time.
