DECISION
(A) The claimant’s holiday pay claim against The Carriage Restaurant Ltd (“The Company”) is well-founded and it is ordered that The Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £293 in respect of holiday pay.
(B) The claimant’s claim for notice pay against the Company is well-founded and it is ordered that the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,317 in respect of notice pay.
(C) The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the Company is well-founded and it is declared that the Company is liable to make a redundancy payment of £1,610 to the claimant.
(D) The claimant has withdrawn all claims against Mr Mulholland and accordingly all of those claims are dismissed.
