DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to £4007.01 in respect of outstanding redundancy pay. The title of these proceedings is amended to that set out above to reflect the proper name of the respondent.

1. The tribunal considered the claim form and the oral evidence of the claimant.
Findings of Fact
2. The claimant was employed by the respondent and its predecessor from 3 June 1998 until 30 September 2011 when he was made redundant.
3. The claimant has not received his full redundancy pay.
The Decision
4. The claimant was aged 32 at the date of dismissal, he had thirteen complete years of service and he was earning £432.00 gross per week.
5. The claimant is entitled to £4600.00 in respect of redundancy payment being 11.5 week’s gross wages at the statutory maximum of £400.00 per week.
6. The claimant has received a payment on account of redundancy from the respondent leaving a balance of £4007.01 outstanding.
This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
