The unanimous decision of the tribunal on the review is that the decision of the tribunal, registered and issued to the parties on 9 March 2012, is confirmed; and that the claim is therefore dismissed, following notification of a conciliated settlement entered into between the parties with the assistance of the Labour Relations Agency, which settlement included an agreement by the claimant to refrain from continuing these proceedings.
