Following an indication from Mr Brett that no objections were being raised to the claimant’s claims and after hearing and after consideration of evidence given by the claimant, I determine that the claimant is entitled to redundancy payment of £3,440.00 and outstanding holiday pay of £134.16 for reasons which were delivered orally at the hearing.
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
