DECISION
(A) The claimant’s claim for notice pay against the respondent is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,471.20 in respect of notice pay.
(B) The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the respondent is well-founded and it is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £1,756.92 to the claimant.
(C) The claimant’s claim for holiday pay against the respondent is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £98.08 in respect of holiday pay.
The total amount payable is £3,326.20.
