DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination be dismissed.

1. The claimant did not appear at the hearing. We were satisfied he had received notice of the proceedings; and no explanation was provided for his absence.
2. No response was entered. The first-named respondent appeared in person. A letter had been received from his accountants, but no application had been made to treat it as a response, nor had any explanation been given as to why the time-limits for submitting a response could not have been complied with.
3. The tribunal dismissed the claimant’s claims. Before doing so it considered information in its possession which had been made available to it by the parties, including the claimant’s claim form.
