DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to the sum of £4306.95, as set out in the Schedule below.

The respondent did not appear and was not represented.
1. The claimant was employed by the respondent from 24 January 2011 and was dismissed on 13 August 2011, when the respondent company went into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation. Mr TJ Thompson was appointed Liquidator on 15 November 2011.
2 . At the time of his dismissal the claimant was owed 2 weeks wages being £1250.03, which sum the tribunal award to the claimant. He was also entitled to contractual notice of dismissal under his contract of employment with the respondent. This contract which was dated 24 December 2010, specified the notice period as one month. As the claimant was dismissed without notice the tribunal award the claimant the sum of £2500.05, being a month’s net pay.
3. The claimant was, under his contract, entitled to be paid any expenses he incurred on behalf of the business. At the time of his dismissal the claimant was owed a sum of £556.87. The tribunal being satisfied that these expenses are owing to the claimant, award this sum to the claimant.
4. The claimant did not have an outstanding holiday pay due to him.
