DECISION
The decision of the Tribunal is as follows:
(i) The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s
claim in so far as it relates to unfair dismissal.
(ii) There is no claim of breach of contract in accordance with
the Industrial Tribunals (Extension of Jurisdiction) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 before the Tribunal.
(iii) The claim in so far as it relates to an unlawful deduction
from wages is withdrawn following an agreement on the part of the respondent to
pay an outstanding sum amounting to £84.00 to the claimant.
