1. I am satisfied that the first respondent is the claimant’s employer. I therefore dismiss proceedings against the second respondent.
2. The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,492.00; notice pay £1,830.00; and holiday pay at £366.00. The first respondent is ordered to make those payments to the claimant.
3. Reasons for my decision were given at the hearing.
4. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (NI) 1990.
