The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to £4,750.00 statutory redundancy pay and £7,507.50 notice pay.

The respondent was represented by Mr M Young, Managing Director.
1. The claimant was employed by the respondent from 1 February 1999 to 18 October 2010 when he was made redundant and therefore had 11 complete years service.
2. His gross weekly wage was £961.54 and his net weekly wage was £682.50. He was aged 44 on the date he was made redundant.
3. He did not receive any pay in lieu of notice.
4. The claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment calculated as follows:-
£380.00 (statutory maximum) x 121/2 = £4,750.00
5. The claimant is entitled to 11 weeks net notice pay calculated as follows:-
£682.50 x 11 = £7,507.50
6. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
