DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment and notice pay.

1. It is the decision of the tribunal that the claimant is entitled to redundancy pay and notice pay based on his continuous employment with the first-named respondent from 15 February 2001.
2. Reasons for the tribunal’s decision were given orally at the hearing.
3. The claimant is entitled to £2,160.00 for redundancy pay and to four weeks notice pay. The notice pay is based on his net pay and may be subject to deductions for benefits received during the notice period or wages from further employment. The claimant will provide the appropriate information to the Department to enable payment to be made.
4. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
