DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the applications for Prohibition Orders against both respondents under Article 5A of the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 are granted in the terms set out at Paragraph 1.

Neither respondent entered a response to these proceedings, or appeared at the hearing.
1(a) It is ordered that the first-named respondent, Glyn Davies, is prohibited from carrying on, or being concerned with the carrying on, of any employment agency or business for a period of nine years and six months beginning with the date of the Order, ie 13 June 2011 and ending on 12 December 2020.
(b) It is ordered that the second-named respondent, Susan Davies, is prohibited from carrying on or being concerned with the carrying on of any employment agency or employment business otherwise than in accordance with the following conditions for a period of nine years and six months beginning with the date of the Order, ie 13 June 2011 and ending on 12 December 2020.
. The conditions are:-
(i) the first-named respondent is denied access and entry to any premises, including the second-named respondent’s domestic address, from which the employment agency or employment business operates or trades; and
(ii) the second-named respondent ensures that at all times the first-named respondent is prohibited from having any contact with any work seeker or prospective work seeker using or considering using the services of the employment agency or employment business.
