DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that, by consent, the tribunal Orders the respondent to pay to the claimant the sum of £8,400.00 in regard to redundancy pay, pay in lieu of notice and unpaid bonuses due under contract.

Mr Young, director of the respondent company, appeared for and represented the respondent.
1. Mr Young indicated to the tribunal that he did not wish to pursue any application, (which he had earlier intimated in correspondence) to adjourn the matter and confirmed that the respondent was content to accede to the entirely of the claimant’s application, as claimed.
2. Mr Young, further, confirmed to the tribunal that the respondent agreed to the details of the claimant’s claim and that the respondent was in agreement with the tribunal making an order by consent.
3. Accordingly, by consent, the tribunal finds the claimant’s claims to be well-founded and the tribunal Orders the respondent to pay to the claimant the sum of £8,400.00 in regard to redundancy pay, pay in lieu of notice and unpaid bonuses due under contract.
4. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
