DECISION
- The tribunal ordered, by consent, that the Prohibition Notice, dated 29 April 2008, be amended as follows:-
(a) the name on the Notice 'Bridgeline Environmental Services' is to amended to 'Bridgeline Environmental Services Limited';
(b) that part of the Notice where it is stated 'This is a relevant notice for the purposes of the Environment and Safety Information (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 : "Yes",' is to be amended by substituting "No" where "Yes" is stated.
- The appellant, having withdrawn, without objection, its application to suspend the operation of the Prohibition Notice and its appeal against the Prohibition Notice, as amended, the tribunal, by consent, affirms the said Prohibition Notice, as amended.

Reasons
- This was an appeal by the appellant against a Prohibition Notice, dated 29 April 2008, served on the appellant by the respondent and the application for a direction by the tribunal suspending the operation of the Prohibition Notice until the disposal of the appeal, of if the appeal was withdrawn, the withdrawal of the appeal. The tribunal, by consent, ordered the Prohibition Notice to be amended, as set out above. The appellant, having withdrawn without objection its application for a direction suspending the operation of the Prohibition Notice and its said appeal, the tribunal, by consent, affirmed the Prohibition Notice, as amended.
