THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 732/08
CLAIMANT: Joyce Willis
RESPONDENTS: 1. South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust
2. Dept of Health & Safety Services & Public Safety
DECISION
It is hereby declared that the claimant is entitled to be eligible for membership of the Health & Personal Social Service Superannuation scheme in respect of the period 8 June 1982 until 31 March 1991.
REASONS
- The parties have resolved their differences.
- At a Case Management Discussion ("CMD"), which was held on 29 September 2008, Ms C Beddows, Solicitor, of Thompsons Solicitors, appeared on behalf of the claimant and Mr W B Johnston, Solicitor, of Departmental Solicitors Office, appeared on behalf of both respondents. Neither representative was present in Waring Street. Instead, that CMD was conducted by way of conference call.
- In light of the information which the parties provided during the course of that CMD, I am satisfied that the parties can be taken to have agreed in writing upon the terms of the Decision set out above and, on that basis, I made that Decision.
