DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the correct name of the respondent is as detailed above and the title of the proceedings is amended accordingly. The second, third and sixth-named claimants, having been provided with the provisions of Article 59 of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, withdrew their claims as they accepted that the subsistence payments at issue between the parties did not fall within the definition of wages as set out in Article 59. Accordingly the other claims are dismissed.
