DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the application is dismissed.

- The case proceeded in the absence of the parties. In accordance with Rule 11(3) of Schedule 1 of the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (NI) 2004 the tribunal considered the contents of the originating application. The tribunal also took into account the contents of the notice of appearance and a letter from Price Waterhouse Coopers in relation to the receivership of the respondent.
- The tribunal having taken into account the above documentation decided that the applicant had failed to establish his case and the application is therefore dismissed.
