THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS

DECISION
The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that the respondent shall pay to the applicant the sum of £3,640.50 in respect of outstanding wages and travel allowance and expenses incurred by the applicant on the respondent's behalf.

The respondent was represented by Mr H McAlindon, a Director of the company.
SUMMARY REASONS
- On behalf of the respondent, Mr McAlindon accepted that Mr Hagan had been unpaid in respect of wages and travel allowances as he had claimed and that he had further incurred expenses on the company's behalf to which he was entitled. The sums involved were as follows, namely
Outstanding wages £3,285.00
Travel allowance £ 804.00
Expenses £ 251.50
£4,340.50
Less payments made on account £ 700.00
£3,640.50
RECOUPMENT
- No question of recoupment arises.
