DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the applicant is entitled to receive the sums due to her set out in the body of the decision. The applicant withdrew her claims in respect of unfair dismissal and breach of contract.

Summary Reasons
- Parties informed the tribunal that by agreement the applicant's claims for redundancy payment and holiday pay due have been settled in the sum of £1,840.00 in respect of the redundancy payment and £430.80 in respect of the balance of holiday pay due. The parties requested the tribunal to make an Order in favour of the applicant accordingly. The tribunal orders that the respondent is to pay the applicant the sum of £2,270.80.
- This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
