THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 2594/99SD
APPLICANT: Mrs Geraldine McGahey
RESPONDENTS: 1. Alan McFerran
2. Trevor Martin
3. Belfast City Council
DECISION
This decision recognises that the applicant's complaint was dismissed on 1 November 2001 when she failed to comply in full with an order made by a tribunal on 31 May 2001.
APPEARANCES:
APPLICANT: Mr P Boomer for the applicant.
RESPONDENTS: Mr P Ferrity, Barrister-at-Law, for the respondents.
- The history of this matter is recited in the record of proceedings dated 18 October 2001. This records also that unless the applicant complied in full with the order of a tribunal dated 31 May 2001 by 1 November 2001, the complaint made by her will automatically be dismissed on that date. By the applicant's own admission, she did not comply in full with the order dated 31 May 2001 by 1 November 2001. The fact that the order may have been partially complied with by that date is irrelevant.
- This decision merely records that the applicant did not comply with the direction given on 18 October 2001 and that consequently her application was dismissed on 1 November 2001.
